The main boss in SoM drops it, but it's not 100%. Random, probably rare.

Ooops, retracting that. Apparently Neleb does NOT drop this, but several random mobs do. Still fairly rare, most online guides for SoM don't even mention it. I still don't have one, and am beginning to wonder if it was removed in a recent patch.

I have two of these after camping SoM for Jealousy; so yes, it drops, but unless you are lucky it may take a while to get one. No idea anymore which mob dropped it specifically, though.

Anyone else wonder why the SoM 2HE has brawl as the special and the 2HB has fast attack?
Granted fast attack really could apply to any weapon, but it makes more sense IMO for the blunt weapon to be a brawl type weapon with the chance of stun.
Then again it is AO...

The Mind Shards in the room around (170, 260) near the center of Steps of Madness seem to be dropping this item fairly often.

For its requirements, it's just bad... a QL50 Sword of the Gentleman has the same max damage, and FastAttack, and is quicker.
