not sure if this is still around, I've never been hit with the negative affects. As long as I have a HoT running when I cast reckless digitization, its not much worse than grid phreak (except it empties all of ur nano).

level 50 fixer and i just used this, all it seems to do is lower me to 1/1 health/nano, and i just sit use treatment stuff and then im above the low health runspeed ( you know when your close to death and you run extremely slow ), so basically it just cripples your nano and health.

this only fires when evac fails, and since it's bugged(look at the attack skill!) it wont show up in your NCU, and wont run out after 5 minutes. Instead you need to either zone or relog

These work again now, only lasts about 30sec tho.
