Instantaneous Encoding Icon #117953 The bodies of everyone in the fixer's team are rapidly encoded into digital form and transferred into the Grid. The haste with which this encoding is done is a massive strain, and will cripple the fixer for a time.

On the list of most embarrassing things to do in AO: Wait until the boss is killed then hit this by mistake before anyone has a chance to loot. Be very careful where you put this on your hotbar. :-)

One of those lost fixer skills since SL opened. If a teammate dies (you see them fall down), you can still prevent xp loss by gridding before they zone. This was a key skill prior to xp pools, as your teammate(s) would end up in the grid with 1 hp and no xp lost.

I have even had it get bugged where the casting continued after my fixer died, and ended up in the grid instead of the reclaim.
