all you need to get this on at 220 is a cm set and brutal thug + comp melee. no ip needed.

Can you roll these with a mission set to say 170 (as 160 is the highest ql for concrete cushions) or do you have to roll exactly 160?

The mission has to be exactly 160, rolling a 170 can get you 160 nanos, but never a 160 item.
