damage isnt that good, looks aint that good, modifiers arent bad though..
Still.. somehow i like this gun.. cant help it

The point of the gun is for crats, engis, and docs (ie; The proffesions that arnt normally attacking) to have a weapon that buffs up a nice stat (xp!) and the nano formulas it casts r pretty nice for the lower lvls, especialy elusive target (all evades +50)

hah, lower level? I don't think so, for the requirements of this thing, you'd be better off using another weapon that does 4x the damage. If your gonna raise 3 attack skills (which will be dark blue to a doc, engi and crat, you'll be wasting valuable IP if your doing it for the effect mods it gives.....heck the max quality only gives 20% chance of it working....not even great for the buffs.

pistol can be buffed +131, +120, +40, +20 [all of them stack] - =311
burst can be buffed +110, +20 = 130... means 199-130 = 69 points (easy from imps)
full auto CAN'T be buffed more than +20 for the profs that would use this gun, so you would need implant work for FA mostly.
Otherwise, i think this would be pretty easy to get on...
