I reckon this can be easiler equiped at lvl 80, if you count top drains +wrangle= 480, 834-480= 354.
Just need to keep drains to keep it effective

Yes it is rollable, you must be able to roll QL180 missions, however.

equipped on it on my lvl60 frubi trader. damage is ok. 50 to 980 regular hits, 3200 crits, and can't keep out of OE with my (not top) drains
