Yeah I just finished farming NPC: Basic Quality Weapons dealer to get this. Believe it or not each new NPC that popped hada new selection to choose from. Got the gun, never thought I'd actually use those NPC's

dude, this pistol doesn't level up. it is the solar pistol that levels (and for the record, upgrading it sometimes requires some infrequent materials) The new guide for the engineer solar pistol can be this: wiki.aodb.us/wiki/Solar-Powered_Pistol

You can find the irreparable river as a mob loot in the subway and in basic weapon shops... sometimes (each weapon terminal has a random stock. I have heard they change every two hours. So, instead of camping, visit several locations)
