Heh yes. You only need 633 AS to cap recharge on this pistol at 10-11s. However it is even more pitiful in average damage than the onehander, and that's saying something. Even the fact that it uses pistol skill is outweighed by the fact that onehander shares the same damage type as most common pistols. Unless you are setup for massive +energy damage, your best option is to forget this thing exists.

hmm could work now with the albatraum item that changes damage type but unless you cant spare the ip for shotgun or high AS skill onehanders probably still the way too go
