This is one of the "breakable" debuffs. Really only usefull for adds as a ghetto calm.

even if it's breakable it's nice if you're taking a beating and need a moment.

I would use this nano to give me time to heal up all the way, so after cast, just stop attacked and heal, the other init debuffs i would use when you start attacking again...
