i think it make u go faster..or something...i could be totally wrong tho :P

**looted off robot mob in stores. looks like 100% droprate. often camped. fast spawn tho. easily kited, seems to be perma-rooted. careful tho, it's a thief, noticed several thousand credits gone afterwards.** ;)
