Basically the dream nano for opposing faction Fixers when visiting an enemy town/city 8D
Chua @ 2004-08-19 11:18
I'd say it sux in mass PvP... everyone get a flag an happy AoE-snare...
But it's quite fun if none of your side is flagged ^^
Moniker @ 2005-07-17 07:31
its awesome for blitzing
Inarion @ 2005-12-31 16:02
Used it on an AI as a "mini-mongo", hold agg against a CH'ing doc with this one :-)
LordDrathu @ 2006-08-09 09:31
How exactly does this work?
docburlac @ 2006-09-13 20:35
its rollable ?
lpx @ 2006-09-27 08:18
i dont understand why fixers get snares that have very low break chance and a pathetic NR % check
Xsonic @ 2006-11-27 00:29
weee
Yakobo66 @ 2006-12-03 04:45
because fixers = speed controllers ;) they control thier speed to run/dodge fast and with these make others go slow (and lucks fickle fate to slow thier dodging too)
Inarion @ 2007-01-07 16:17
And honestly, why should a profession with dark blue nanoskills get nanos with high nano resistance check...
that's like not adding those nanos at all.
zyx22 @ 2007-01-15 08:32
Nano resist 65 %

Plx..
nofooter @ 2007-03-19 13:27
Rollable?
sharmouta @ 2007-06-15 09:06
Rollable yes, and they break too easy now :(

Timmysnipe @ 2008-05-08 04:32
nice duration hate to have this casted on me:p
Tarradax @ 2008-06-01 11:33
I'm 210 and I still use this nano over the SL-specific counterpart on many an occasion, and not just PvP. You can land it reasonably well even in Inferno, thanks to that lovely NR check.
Damefix @ 2009-01-06 19:38
Uuuubah for sec10 fixers
evangoth @ 2009-05-26 00:22
Hell for every non friendly aligned person ;P
Iamzipfile @ 2009-06-01 09:51
NCU: 48

Caster needs 48 NCU free?
Target gets 48 NCU used up?
Caster gets 48 NCU used up? (Oh please no xD)
houserocker @ 2009-10-10 06:11
Lovely for use on pets, zergs :)
Binarybot @ 2011-08-27 11:55
@Iamzipfile

Hostile NCU cost doesnt consume anyone's NCU. It used to get checked prior to adding Stacking Order, and now gets checked for nano removers (like Epsilon Purge).
