Talk to shittloads of ARK, finally a GM told me that this is NOT rollable any more... ( it WAS rollable )
But it CAN be found i missions, in chests and barrels... ( about as rare as ga 4 ones where )

Can be bought from Superior Shop Bookstores (not the QL201 ones, but a bit lover ones, up to 190 or so - what higher you want, the harder it is to obtain it).

You can get the QL200 in Superior Bookstores (ex fairtrade, bor)
I've never seen QL201, but it's reasonable to deduct that they are also sold there, though finding one wont be easy :)

The ql201 it's tricky to get. After a lot of time spent the only way to get it is to get it is to have a character capable to roll missions exactly level 201. Roll a mission "find item" for the High Level Omni-Tek/Clan Application Form, give the key to the toon which needs the form and search it.
