OMG Incredible device to be able to increase your Computer Literacy skill to get those few needed points to install better NCU or belt. And what's better is the Pioneer Backpack to buff Tutoring!!

Yup. You can also put some focus-funneling stuff on for even more CL when you have this damn 200m costin' backpack :/

yeah... 200m for backpack and around 60mil for the tutoring devices ate through my money (frubi here).
