Only usefull purpose afaik is for the Ergo quest in scheol. Need 6 of them which you can either obtain from shadow spirits in a specific location in scheol or just roll them in mission. https://forums.anarchy-online.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=180033 for a walkthrough.

Also drops from spirits in Scheol statics. Together with PB patterns o.O
