Pretty much no reason to use this. By the time you get this out you should have sws 10 which with full set of armor owns this. Possibly useful for pvm over a set of Ofab and sws 10 but if they really wanted to make a good GA V should have made it 50% better than this.

um, to recap... at this point in time this item is NOT IN GAME, but was left in the database for some reason.

tbh anything they give fixers, will mostly be useless, or actually very nice, but will be nerfed because other people say its 'too good' based on the fact that they then couldnt alpha the fixer :P

That simply means that particular flag must not be set in order to put this on, but that is NOT the Cyberdeck flag which is &6 (see here: http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=270759 ). Not sure, but I'd guess that flag 05 means that u must not be wearing any regular armor pieces to equip GA.

In short: this item needs nanodeck to be summoned but not to be put on.
