The upgrading of the Tank armor, Both steps, produce nodrop tanks (Improved/perfected) So you need to get 450 ME to make it on whatever twinks you have :)

Trader Maestro 125, City HQ 160, Implants + trickledown put me well over the 450ME req. at lvl 150. Might be just a tad harder for a lvl 60 twink to do ;)

The Alien Tank armor wich is made with "Inactive Alien Tank Armor + Activation Crystal = Alien Tank Armor" creats an item that is only flagged as Special, You upgrade it with putting the Armor Materials on it (1 of 2 types depending on the type you are making) Those last 2 steps are the nodrop, so you can pass the Alien Tank Armor and the 2 Armor Materials to ANY toon for your low level twinks ;)

this shit is nuts and makes pvp no fun for those of us who are lazy to get it.

This tank can be got on before Modi Notu. so therfore it is better :)

Not to mention its a heck of alot easier to get for people. it's like a mini-LNTA, whats not to like? (especially the +HP on the NM version)

looking at caps for str/stam and the max stuff you can use to twink, i think a trox MAY have a chance to get this on tl2...since its a back item at least you could use nova dillon to help, perk up primary stats, CCs, extruder bars, IC, behe, and seriously laddered imps (on the bright side, treatment/str/stam is not a really hard laddering combo) only needed 150ish imps and partial nova dillon on a 60 solitus to get this on, so I really think its doable (provided you can assemble the armor) on a max tl2 trox (thats 49 right?)

Meh, the ME reqs are easy - if you're making a twink with this tank, you can just max ME, buff up, and then IPR it after the tank is made...

ofc you could IPR, but at lvl60 trox i managed with with ql100 ME imps, general+20, trader maestro and HQ
with no IP spent and had amazing 2-3 pts ME over :)

playslaya...i see 3 things wrong with that setup. 1) its only ql100 panther, make it 101 :) 2) Collar should be replaced with a 250 token board 3)atleast a range meter on him for crits

Pretty easy at lvl 60. Only needs ql 110 imps and a couple of pieces of miy's / nova dillon.

Equipped on my 45 keeper. Along with legchopper gloves and a 157 soti :)

Just did some quick calcs on a 45 keeper's 2he skill and came to 811. Yes, a Lsoti is possible to equip.
And I would never use exploits, I have never even known any exploits and I don't want to know any.
