While the Delerium AAO is good, the reduction to AAD makes this thing almost suicidal to use. Only a 'Trox MA with high HP and ACs would have a chance.

yeah this needs to have a 0% check, inner balance too. Or make it not require a fighting target. It's useful when a crat runs by and u use it on his pet then perk the crap out of the crat

Very nice for pvm too, if you are just doing dmg and not tanking, better than MotR even, since the both lock Strength.
I did some calcs, with one shen, this added 173 dmg to my fists crits, but nothing to my shens crits. Over the duration of 30s, with a 1/1 attack and only 1 of every 2 hits per second getting the +dmg, its an extra 5190 dmg over the 30s. MotR does +120 damage, to both shen and fist hits, but lasts 15s. Thats 240 dmg extra every second over 15s is only and extra 3600 damage.
Also, take into account that this can be used 4 times in the same time one MotR can be used, that means, over the 12m period of an MotR lockout, MotR only gives you 3600 more dmg, this gives you an extra 20760 damage. So way better for being a dd monkey.
Of course, numbers may vary between person, but the logic still remains.
