For people looking here trying to figure out how to increase your Agility to add that lovely new implant, ask an Enforcer for Essence. Remember to ask politely, using the person's name -- that's more likely to get you the buff you want.

Oops, that should be "ask an Agent for Feline Grace". An Enforcer can't help you with agility. He can, however, clobber you so hard that you don't worry about such things.
