Interesting armor piece, 12HD is an extra 360 healing a minute, evadecls can always use more love and nice sense buffage, but the HP mod is bad for pvp :/

admittedly, i'm a pvp-noob and will always be, but please explain how's a HP buff
of almost twice the one of Azure gloves bad?
mulard @ 2007-02-25 13:38
for pvp 1 vs 1, high hp is bad.
for mass pvp like BS, it's good.
Xira @ 2007-05-29 15:09
why is high Hp bad?

Took me forever to grasp this concept, *embarassing*. Example, say you have 8k hp. In theory your opponent can only hit you w/ AS and occaisional random hit. AS currently caps at 40% soon to be 30%. Which means he hits you for a max of 3200 every 9 seconds. With both hots running, stims, and battle treatment kit, you will last a long time. If you are soli and have soli genome B fully trained, then you have an ubah heal perk and in this situation, it is unlikely you will ever die.

Contrast that to having say 16k hp. You'll get hit for a max of 6400 every 9 seconds. Good luck out healing that. Like Mulard said, this is mostly a strategy for duels, and usually vs ranged profs.
