It is an Empty Unshakable Visions Container filled with 2 Unshakable Visions. But for what use, that is the question ;-)

It's part of the Yuttos quest in scheol. If you plan on doing the yuttos quest make sure you've done the scientist one first or you'll be a bit sad, lol.
