they drop..... i belive they have a gm level so they cant drop and if they do im pretty shure you cant use them ;)

there are various levels of GM's
Arks are one level, Bug Hunters are another, Game Devs have another..
the highest level would be god.. but tbh you wouldn't really have any fun if you were a GM.. just a crappy backyard

*chouth* In Anarchy Online the therm GM is used as short fore Genetic Manipulator so Gigantsquirrl is more or less worng *slap*... however its the same thing as a game master basecly so his almost right =p... And ARK dose not "work" fore funcom if you refer to it as in IRL work... the GMs? Errr donno really if they all work fore FC IRL or if non do or if only some do... <.<

GMlevel 1 is same as lvl 1. =) But if an item like this was to be summoned it would show up in large red warning text on funcom's screen. I have seen this posted by mistake on the test server once, a bug hunter posted it.. And yes, bug hunters on test use this from time to time.

Tara dropped one last night, nobody showed up for the raid, so I solo'd Tara with my twinked out NM Enforcer, it was over kill since at lvl 17 my ubah enfo easily owned the little dragon, I capped out every 4 second Burst from my FA bow, 99k flingshots from the 3he circus throwing blade are pretty common since I traded in my ql300 CM for GA i borrowed from my old fixer ( my fixer runs faster in CAS, so forget GA< pfft ) anyway, I left the dchest, rbp, EOT and the other junk, since i can get that stuff anytime, and grabbed the Kin of Tarasque nano, and this ring. I don't use the ring, but it's still nice to have.

actually GM does mean game master, genetic manipulator is just the highest level of ARKs in control of the program, working for FC (who yes are the game masters)

Crits don't get % bonus from add dmg, so the add dmg is more important on this ring

GM in most MMOs does indeed mean Game Master. However, FC changed it to Genetic Manipulator. However, GM LEVEL means the position in ARK. I.E. Greeter is GM 1, ect.

GMs are Genetic Manipulators, they are Funcom employees and deal often with ingame issues...
ARKs are players like you & me who give up some of their time to help other players, they do not 'work' for Funcom but they do 'work' with Funcom.

GMs get paid, ARKs do not...

I love how this thread starts, and even Jeycihn comment. Hopefully if they ever make a Collector 2 instance on RK this ring will drop there along with a Yalmaha Obscura and GA V.
