WHY DID THEY NOT ADD 6 SLOTS TO THIS ???????????????????????
(sorry.. had to)
Eomaia @ 2004-09-12 17:38
Um...wow. The quest is so long and buggy...and this is the reward?
Gambitz @ 2004-10-12 03:02
Bleh, should have 6 slots!
Dreydon @ 2004-11-03 20:06
Wow. All that for a Guardian Circuit Board with 5 extra NCU and a worthless health buff. Woot.
Aeondoc @ 2005-12-03 14:12
extra health and ncu is never worthless, but 5 slot make this belt useless
drakidia @ 2006-01-10 23:11
omg. level 15 twinkage!!
wait.. what is the quest!?
Wakizaka @ 2006-01-11 11:50
It's a series of quest for dear old Uncle Bazzit.
Not recommended for players under level 100 unless you got yourself some high level org mates as the trip into the Cyborg Barracks for the one part is extremely dangerous and you will die @ level 15
AlphaCenta @ 2006-01-15 10:58
Cyborg Barracks isn't that dangerous, just hug the wall and let someone else kill the stuff ^^

For the rest... Nice for pre-L30 if not trader or agent, but else... BullShit :s
Gng @ 2006-04-07 23:56
Isnt the one you make in CoH better? and no alium req :p
modsquad @ 2006-04-29 00:10
Wow, FC really knows how to suck with some quest rewards. Thanks you Mr. Crappy Loot developer!
Russless @ 2006-06-12 15:32
Before you scorn this item, check out the whole quest at http://aovault.ign.com/View.php?view=Guides.Detail&id=134 , you receive the belt at the end but the main reward is Uncle Bazzit's alien library. This item allows you to train the Alien Technology Expertise level 3 perk which gives you access to a whole range of alien items.
lpx @ 2006-07-22 08:42
while the main focus is the alien library dont misunderstand everyone else's statements.. this item does'nt indeed blow big chunks and is worthless when you look at what levels you'll be doing this quest and what it's main focus is for (a item to train a lv150 perk).. not to mention unless you're neutral it's damn hard to get in some of the areas you have to at lower levels.
Vonkepps @ 2006-08-30 15:31
Guardian Circuit Board is easier to equip too. However this is like GTA in that it's one of very few (if none) other items for the slot that add max health for your lowbie, however, it would probably be easier to get a ql 300 max health filigree ring than to try and do bazzit's quest at level 15.
MixRin @ 2007-01-08 17:40
Lol, this much better then GCB, my future 15lvl trader must pnw everyone with this belt. Bah.
akademiker @ 2007-01-15 20:51
the only good item is the library
zerogates @ 2007-01-18 02:46
whats so hard about doing bazzit quest at 15 just have a friendly 220 with you, and for the tagging part just make sure you have a yalm. simple and good item for the ultimate twink.
Ilikebunnies @ 2007-07-26 03:06
You get the alien library earlier in the quest than this. Since this is completely and utterly useless, it means you'd continue doing an annoying quest to get.. squat. Not only is GCB better but if you can do this quest you're almost definately wearing a 6 slotter.. hence, stop when you get the alien library, unless you really like doing quests with no rewards.
baskash @ 2007-11-10 11:50
trash
Blaumann @ 2008-01-10 17:10
Equip time 10s and NCU memory 20 - possibly good for lowbie traders to equip higher belts before CL selfbuff runs out.
zerogates @ 2008-02-29 17:02
the 20 NCU would def help a lot actually but the 10s equip time won't since you just hotswap the belts and other belt takes 70sec still
Nukeclearia @ 2009-05-11 14:53
@ zerogates
Hotswapping don't stop just cause the buff runs out, Only checks the skill when you start to equip it, Thus making it a whole lot easier to equip stuff with short duration buffs such as the Trader Self only CL buffs.
zerogates @ 2009-09-13 20:55
@Nukeclearia
My comment was about the equip time not mattering, but it wasn't true. The way hotswap equip times actually work is they add both times together, which means 10seconds for this+70seconds for a regular belt means it takes 80 seconds to equip.

On another note, if you try hotswapping a belt with only a few seconds left on the Computer literacy buff and it runs out, it will stop the hotswapping process. I needed over 7 seconds of duration left on Bulk Trader on my level 1 before it allowed the swap to work.
joshfritz561 @ 2009-12-28 07:31
Who cares about the belt... the alien library allows the final " Alien Technology Expertice" perk.. alloing the equiping of some nice items.
triggerzer0 @ 2010-03-22 03:51
the new SoM belt totally rocks face on this, and it's even easier to get on
Anarchangelx @ 2010-04-16 21:36
Dream Mesh Circuit has 8 less NCU and takes 60 seconds longer to equip.
Overclocked Belt Component Platform requires 51 more Computer Literacy and takes many hours to get.
If you are getting AIT 3 anyway, it is less time, but probably only for a belt that adds NCU and equips fast; 6 slot belts may well be available to you at that level.
If you want to twink it on, you will need help with the mission.
Thanks to those who gave these facts. The rest is just verbage.
zerogates @ 2013-01-01 06:08
Guess I will clarify, my equip issue was a latency problem so CL buffs running out should not stop the belt from swapping.
