Hmm.... FBR ownz this...

But not.... On hecks maybe, on normal mobs this would rape FBR. Plus anyone that could get this on would prolly OD FBR because of the higher MBS anyway. But there's better items in the DB from AI...

I got one of theese babies on, and it creams FBR on both normal mobs and hecks, i got about 1400ish min dmg with only MoR and Bloodwrist as dmg mods, brawl is 15 sec recharge and fast attack is at 25 sec atm i think.... And yes, there are better AI weapons then this, but none of them are so easy to obtain as this. :)

with the effort you would make, and sacrifices to get the FBR to hit close to "ok" speed, and not to mention the rarely if ever seeing full def . . . anyone who's used an fbr and this, would likely tell you that this wep is far superior. gee, let's see, o..it has specials! fbr? :( not so special...hmm...no debuff...fbr? hates you.....speed....fbr? hates you. if you reach in a box and have to pull out one of these, you would have to be def, dumb, and blind to get a wep that hates you as much as the fbr does....on the FBR's side, even a def, dumb, blind dude can get one easily.

o..i forgot the fbr takes about a third less effort to equip...ofc.

Melee energy req kills this weapon's usefullness

unless you use Melee energy...

Actually I used this on my enforcer. Though having melee energy kindof sucks, giving me a split AR that turns out lower. This same split of AR allso allows me to equip a FAR higher QL weapon.

So it's all about what you want really, 250 base min damage and higher AR or 305 min damage and lower AR.
