Yes, sadly I found out after buying one of these for 50m that they do disappear after one use. Should have gone on AUNO and checked out the "Use Empty Destruct" tag before buying this -_-. Let this be a lesson that YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY ONE OF THESE THINKING IT CAN BE RE-USED. Only use one of these things if you a) find it or b) get it for free. Luckily though, I used it at just the right time to gank some trash-talking noob in the Temple of the Three before wasting my 50m.
