shades and keepers can get almost the same thing. it's this lightbar attached to a special backpack which you get by doing the Jobe BY quests..

Tevonice, unfortunately the Smart Backpack ((the lightbar/backpack combo)) is a back slot item not an HUD, so even by level 15ish when you can get the most basic Faithful Robe, you'll never want to equip this again unless you want to sacrifice your def/modifactions

one question what about the char's that was made prior to the 15.5.4 patch when it was added.. i started playing after that. i dunno what i would do without my lightbar & nvg, i can't see (*$#% without'em

You can only get this on noob island, make sure to get it as floating light doesnt light shit.

In 16.2 (on test atm) there is now a quest in Nascence (given by Dr. Rosenblatt, located south of the hole in the wall) that rewards this item! Finally I can get one for my Shade.

the quest in 16.2 will be level locked for thoes up to 150, that means if your 151, no go
