Wearable by froobs, requirements quite bugged. The only requirement you must meet to wear the Glowing ring is the title level req.

Wearable by froobs, requirements quite bugged. The only requirement you must meet to wear the Glowing ring is the title level req.

The rings are bugged, so froobs can wear them too.
