No, it doesn't. Disaffiliation Sniper isn't used in any tradeskill processes.

besides the Agi mod wich you can get from a Tsakachumi, this gun is crappy compared to a MTI SL70 RX, so no need for it ingame.

well it has a higher attack rating cap, but the 5 ammo clip sucks horribly

Would be sweet for support profs :) Just to make sure I did some database searching and such and tallied it up, listing how many tskills are possible and used up with various named upgradable weapons:
