this gun will most likely be created from the bolts/plates you see drop at hecks... but honestly I will be shocked if FC gives fixers a worthy gun that is even 1/2 way obtainable... FIXER TILL I DIE FOOL!

My take on the per weapons is that the Ofab kicks their ass in min and DoT. Check out the stats of 2 Mk 5 Hawks in the dmg calc.
