I got a couple (lvl 106, lvl 127) from loot of morts in Spade. Drop rate not high though.

Higher lvl could be looted from Scheol greek (hecks and horrors) bosses (Poros, Mykonos, Kefallonia, etc.),or better way are Inferno Mortiigs.

Ive gotten up to 147 apparatus (long) from tiigs near spade, which is enough for a ql 183 rifle. And from ely hecks you can get lots of sheets and bolts around that level.
I did a tiig run and filled a backpack of apparatuses from 102 to 147, and then a heck run and got a 2 backpacks, 1 full of ql 121 - 145 bolts and one full of 132 - 149 sheets. Lol now all i needd are some rifles and tradeskiller friends and ive got me some moolah.
