doesn't actually belong to the set, can be obtained in a very different quest (ask Mr. Blake in Rome Blue), but is still a quite nice twinking-tool. =)

No fair omni gets a piercing back buffing item.

this is not just for low levels, it is a very valuable twinking tool if you are short on some skills that there are no reanimator cloaks that buff it and you are not 215+ for a burden,
