hmm i got ql 160 + kizzers+ pata on my lvl 45 keeper twink (all selfbuffed Pata is OE tough)
and got all nano's that are allowed by lvl cap
so whats the IP spending about? ok i can't max Runspeed or first aid but those arent crucial skills ( RS is handy as keeper tough but rootgrafts FTW!)
