You must have missed the Hud 1,2,3 thing. Practically nothing goes in those slots so I think it's a pretty decent buff item when you need that extra 5 Str.

by looking at the date, I think this was for the recent fixed sploiting which you can get unlimited abilities from objects which gives negative skills
