Hmm this is one of the only *items*, not nanos, that change the Damage type, isn't it?

According to the search, only this and "The Sacrificed Bracelet of Kay" are items that change damage type. The bracelet has much higher reqs than this though.

Probably most used by advs with weapons doing different damage types now.

Or MAs dedicated to fire attacks

One question: If I use this bracer, and corrosive fists, which gives +9 dmamage, and sets the damage type to chemical, how much is my dmg, and what type is that? :)

this + corrosive fist = chemical dmg with +9 dmg add.. cuz fire mod desnt affect chem dmg :)

did further testing now :) first, when you run corrosive fists you will hit chemical dmg... but after you zone, dmg changes to fire ;)

oh :) 1 more interesting thing ;) if you have corrosive fists running and the bracer on, then remove the bracer.. you will be hitting melee instead of chemical.. untill you zone again ;)

does any1 have any info on the hecks ac like whats hteyr lowest moderate and highest?
i know highest is radi but whats the rest?

Can anyone confirm that this can NOT be used by an agent FP'ing MA or Advy? (I can see it says profession, not visual profession, so I think I know the answer, but just double-checking.)

While camping with a lad we got 2 bracers in 20 kills, ~20 minute spawn on Bane.

Something else that hasn't been mentioned yet and might not be clear... When using your short term MA destruction buffs, this bracer will go 0% effective for the duration of your nano skills being inoperative (the nano skill debuff)

Inoperable, yes. You'll keep the damage mod and the damage type, but lose the 250 fire AC's (oh noes!)

Binary.. you lose the add all damage too.
