The lower QL's, as well as this QL drops often from the first batch of mobs in the Crypt of Home, 15.5 dungeon in Broken Shores.

Just got 2 for my crat, plus a 75, 85 and 95 dark pistol so I can step up as I get the MR. Very common drop in the first room, got 2x revoked in the first spawn of mobs + a couple of lower ql ones.

Worth mentioning that this drops from the mobs before the front doors, so you can go get it solo.
