This weapon seems not possible to create, I tried to make one to test on a TL5 Martial Artist. The tradeskill, which involves Mass Relocating Robot (Improve Thrusting Weapons) + Jagged Claw, has apparently been disabled. When trying to combine the two, the following message appears:

"Mass Relocating Robot (Improve Thrusting Weapons)" is of a too low quality level. With "Jagged Claw" at quality of 172 , the "Mass Relocating Robot (Improve Thrusting Weapons)" must be at least at quality 137.

The Improve Thrusting disc drops at QL20, so I am fairly sure it's not even possible to make a QL137 Mass Relocating Robot (Improve Thrusting Weapons). The one I am using is QL60, and has been used on numerous other QL200 piercing weapons.

I believe this issue has been solved (at least thats what ARK told me last year). I have a 140 tool capable of producing ql 175 mangler claws, and have such a claw in my posession. I will also be using one on a TL5 MA, as the sneak and fast attack looks to be good add damage, though the attack rating may be too low to be useful.

The Improve Thrusting disc drops at QL20... combine with Mass Relocating Robot to make the tool: MRR thrusting weapons.
Get a QL 200 MRR and your set.

Umm, no there is limit for how high tool can go... Atleast I had that problem...

the limit for the improve thrusting weaps is exactly ql140 which happens to be set by the mass relocating robot
the ql 140 improve thrusting weapons is what is required to improve ql175 mangler claws btw

In 2008, you couldnt make a tool that high. Now you can :)
