With these rings the ingot determines ql which means max ql for platinum is ql250

Also Minumum ql to make +5 is 234 with a good enough tradeskiller a 233 ingot can be made into ql234 Liquid Platinum.

QL 229 makes a +4 Ring. I'm not sure what Muhandes is talking about, nor how to interpolate the QLs at which the "breakpoints" change.

I think Muhandes meant that with sufficiently high tradeskills, you can make a Ql232 or lower ingot into a 234 ring as well.

Maximum Possible seems QL 250+, which gives a +5 Ring.
In equipment setup i use a silver filigree ring QL 400, which gives +5, to simulate the correct amount, cause you can't interpolate the rings in the equipmewnt setup.
