these own, even at a low ar they still do 1200ish dmg a hit, and they are 1he so they'd hit much faster then an FBR, they have a crit mod, and they have 3 freakign specials, just impossible to equip if you find a ql this high

2k is nothing at high lv im 211 and can get 1700ish theres items i can use yet that add to 1he so ya its possible... now to find one...

where do u find this weapon im a 187 adventurer using Gelid/Gelid or Gelid/Mantis Scissor. One of these would be nice to have.

If i was looking for thise weps i would have tryed the brink, sins its a weapon thet was used to fight the monsters there, not like any1 has to agree with me, this is just a theory ^^

You are right Advytrox, drops from hecks, gotten Shanks ql 170-256 in adonis, and a ql 267 in inferno. (Guess everyone now this by now though)

Me and some friends found a few of these the other day camping a QL 300 2hb thingie for a enfo friend.
Drops off Penumbra Hecklers, go thru hell and back and if u get lucky, bring these with you. =)

If this weapon doesn't have expansion requirements, then shouldn't it drop from other than hecklers? Or is there are place in RK where you can kill hecklers?

yes, no SL Expansion requirement. But it is a NoDrop, so if it does drop it'll be in the SL.
and hecklers dont have any vacation time, so they dont venture out to RK.
