I foudn one once in a mission, So i logged my soldier in and transfered a key. And guess what... It was GONE when i got back =(. Solo mission I found it in a box. I guess boxes rot now..

Get someone else to "hold" loot window open for you. Be VERY fast when you swap loot window control and you should be golden.
