Frank's Nano Programming Gloves Icon #118189 Frank Stevenson is a nano programmer that worked for JAME (Jobe Association of Metaphysical Exploration). During experimentation with the opening of the first Shadowlands portal he had his hands inside the portal tube when someone accidentally hit the switch. His hands, with gloves, were cut off and disappeared into the Shadowlands. The scientists tried in vain to make the hands reappear at the spot they had disappeared, but only succeeded in creating a time and space loop that reproduced the hands, making numerous copies that also entered the Shadowlands - before they finally decided to turn the machinery off. Frank got a new pair of bio-engineered hands and was able to get back to work after 4 months of adaption.

Now drops, got a pair from one of the mini-bosses inside the new Inferno missions (Medium/Brink for reference).
