It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.
It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Through this nano program, the bureaucrat is able to reduce the duration of a normal snare by 820 seconds and a normal root by 117 seconds on all nearby friendly players. This will also provide those people with a short-duration innate resistance against normal root and snare nano programs of 20%.
