I got mine off named redeemed mobs in inferno, especially the custodian in the village that we all pass through on our way from inf G to inf mishes. And beast too.

And also, I found a TON in an inf mish once, but I haven't seen them in since (taken out maybe?). And since they're unique, I had to farm the other 2 :( anyone else seen this?
