Yes, use a clanalizer on the Carbonum armor. Requires 4x in chemistry, so you might want an engy, doc, or trader to do it for you.

it�s looks not like the item in the inventory if you weare it, it�s color is grey-silver on the char. Much better :D

this is great NR gear for a tl2 froob twink. NR is invaluable in pvp with all the roots and debuffs out there.
