It's a rare boss-only drop, so if you're set on having one, head out to your local 40-50 boss camp and bring your lucky gofle foot. Or, you could always pay 8-20 million for one from another player.

Sorry, but unless your lv10-15, I think this thing is a piece of ****. Slow as hell, no min dmg? I would rather dual a QL100 fine smith and something else than this, and let you shoot 10-15 times just to eat up Failing Inpreg... this item is over priced, unless you're a lv10-15 and would rather PvP w/o any skill or competition.

Compared to other commonly used shotguns, this one is only a second or so slower, and it's better to have the longer time on recharge since it's easier to negate. If you look at the damage compared to the skill required, this gun is amazing - and that's why it's popular.

this is the uber lvl 1 trader twink gun. SO why do u want it at lvl 15? its mainly for ppls pvp and very very low twinks

great for making an instant twink... for low level towers. roll a level 15 trader, get 58 ncu, slap in a pump and some carb and boom, low level towers
