Small O.J. makes ceremonial watchman's hood http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=206459 (weird didn't it start at ql 160?), so this Obsidian Jar should make Ceremonial Chief's Headwear http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=206456 (ql 180-200)
