IS Drop right? this thing seems to be good uintill you get BB's (Blood Bat's), Muhahaha, BB's are THE most insane weap ingame, LF one..... :P

probably one of the archdeacons in 3rd floor, you need perma-pass for that though( and watch out for hezak =p)
