The man known as Zoftig Blimp (whoever came up with that name needs to see a doctor), is located in the neutral "town" called Hope in Mort. It is easily reachable through whompah from Newland to Newland Desert and then to Hope. Just a few steps west of the whompah, you will find this vendor. Right-clicking him will open up the chat window which you can use to ask him a few questions about his preferences (you will be told that love is the way, just like a real hippie would do). The chat window also has an icon of a shopping cart.

rut is right. whoompah into hope by using bor whoompah to get to stret, then hope. back up from whoompah and u will see him wedged in between 2 of the whoompahs. if it didnt have lvl req, it would be great in lowbie pvp

Actually Zoftig wanders around abit, but he's always within the walls of Hope. Expect to pay a lot for these, so they aren't for lowbies (lowbies won't have the cash).

At this date Zoftig is outside but near the entrance. With 500 comp.litt the price is 400k
