Their both real, evocation gives +Offence modifier and has a level lock with higher reqs and can be store bought until ql125

One nano line (Umbral Wrangler), if not others, is buyable up to ql 127. Others, like Plunder Skills, are not buyable even below ql 125. The QL 125 rule may once have been true, or it may have just been a maximum for a few nanos, but it is neither, now.
