No. Basicly its rediculous, since good MA prefer Weaponless Combat anyway.
But there are more such stupid Items, so I don't care.

Well if your a pvp ma this can often be the difference between 75% and 100% oe so i personally think its great.

if ur a pvp MA most likely you'll be hotswapping a bow in and out for alpha AS pretty frequently, so oe isn't gonna be a problem - if you can self it its not gonna be oe, but this _could_ help get a higher ql bow on. that being said i can't think of many pvp MAs who would give up GoC or pauldron or whatever superior shoulder they are wearing for this.
