Drops from Aztur the Immortal. I'm not sure on the %, but the drop rate is very low.

Did Aztur as lvl 60 CDR-wielding Doc with a friend (lvl 59 Fixer) and a pickup who begged to join team and help. Book dropped 1st (and only) try.

Book droprate is definetly more then 1% i would guess about 20%.

When you use (right-click) the book, it casts a 560 heal on the target

droprate nerfed with 16.3? killed azture more than 30 times without the book... before 16.3 dropped the book every 5th to 6th kill

Yay! got mine. With this and a Notum Focus, I can even keep a crappy and slow tank alive over 20 minutes as long as he can keep Abby on himself :D

You probably would regret it if you don't get it. I suggest that from L55-60 you should start looking and drafting full teams of 6 to kill Aztur. This book thing is The Stuff and you'll find how useful it is. I'm getting one of these on my L24 twink doc now. =P
Too bad I had to gimp my MM in order to use this book.

This is a great item and at level 100 my doc still uses it... in many cases it is a lifesaver. So go kill azzy =D
