Very interesting... The item's name was changed, yet it's the 'same' item. Notice when you go from 14.5 to 16.0.0.1, this item goes from being an axe to being gloves. Weird.

ah thats's why... over at arcanum they tell in their quest guide that one prof needs to find "Jack's Weapon" ...
